La Rue
La Rue is a restaurant born in Milan from an idea developed within the Venture Studio. The project followed our Stage-Gate model, with rapid validation of the market insight, activation of the Intelligent Cube for branding, selection of a CEO in residence and definition of the operational concept. From the initial intuition to launch, every phase was driven by strategy, method and hands-on involvement.

Acqua di Portofino
Acqua di Portofino is a high-end fragrance brand inspired by the elegance of the Mediterranean. Efficiens stepped in during a phase of strategic renewal, activating its Operational VC/PE model through an equity acquisition on favorable terms combined with active advisory support. The project included a repositioning of the brand, a full relaunch and the structuring of financial operations for subsequent rounds—capitalizing on the value created.

Mira
Mira is an AI and second-hand project launched by an external team and supported by Efficiens through a Work for Equity model. The Venture Studio’s contribution includes strategic mentorship, team-building support, fundraising and operational coordination. Through the activation of the Intelligent Cube, Marmellata Lab led the positioning, branding, and go-to-market, ensuring coherence and alignment with the overall strategy. Efficiens’ services were delivered entirely under a WFE framework.
