Efficiens, the present participle of the Latin verb Efficio, means “The one who acts, the one who makes things real. This is where we start. From the belief that building a business is not a theoretical exercise, but a shared action. That turning an intuition into a living reality requires method, dedication, patience and presence. In a landscape where there is a lot discussion and little action, we are operational by definition.
We believe in the value of ideas, but even more in the potential of people. We build, support and transform through different models, depending on the stage, the context and the vision. Because every project is unique and needs a tailored approach.

The beginning of an entrepreneurial partnership
The collaboration between the future founders took shape within an e-commerce company in the beauty sector. A vertically focused growth experience, culminating in roles of strategic responsibility, sparked a clear intuition: to replicate a proven operational model and apply it across different contexts.
From intuition to structure
The idea of a replicable model took shape. A model designed to support and scale entrepreneurial ventures through a lean, hands-on approach. Efficiens was born, initially as a consulting venture, as the first step toward an integrated ecosystem built on capital, expertise and action.
Efficiens consolidates its Venture Studio model
The model evolves: revenues from the first projects are reinvested into proprietary initiatives, marking the transition from a consulting studio to an operational Venture Studio. At the same time, the engagement with the startup ecosystem deepens, broadening the venture perspective and opening up new paths for growth.
The Intelligent Cube is born: the Efficiens ecosystem takes shape
Efficiens founded the marketing agency Marmellata Lab, marking a reinterpretation of the traditional venture studio model. A network of controlled companies delivers vertical services to portfolio businesses, strengthening coordination and execution, while also working with third parties leveraging economies of scale and maintaining a lean yet highly functional structure.
By embracing an opportunity-based approach, Efficiens launches new ventures across diverse sectors, including entertainment, hospitality and real estate.
